By using Tier Lists with Friends (the "Activity"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Activity.
Tier Lists with Friends is a Discord Embedded Activity that lets users in the same voice channel collaboratively rank images in real time.
Session state (Discord user IDs, display names, tier list arrangement) is held in server memory for the duration of an active session and permanently deleted when the session ends. Images you upload are stored in Cloudflare R2 cloud storage for up to 24 hours and then automatically deleted. Tier list exports are uploaded to imgbb and subject to their retention policy. No persistent database is used.
Any images you upload are stored temporarily (up to 24 hours) solely to facilitate the shared session. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload. Do not upload images containing sensitive personal data, illegal content, or content that violates Discord's Terms of Service.
The Activity is provided as-is. We make no guarantee of uptime, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Activity constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
